You can move or copy references from one Citavi project into another Citavi project.
Typically you will just want to move one reference rather than all of them.
To quickly select multiple references to move or copy, you can assign labels to them.
First, on the Tools menu click Show labels.
Mark the references you want to move or copy, for example with the blue label.
Click Quick select by blue labels to select all references you marked with a blue label.
The references with blue labels are applied as a selection. In this case there are 8 references.
On the References menu click Copy or move to a Citavi project.
Under Which references do you want to include? choose The n references in the current selection.
Select whether to copy or move the references and select an existing project or a new project as the destination.
Select the additional information that you want to copy or move into the destination project. Click Finish.
After successfully moving or copying the reference(s), Citavi opens the destination project and applies the new references as a selection.
To see all of your references again, click
Cancel in the navigation pane or
Cancel selection in the status bar.
