You can insert a citation to a reference in your document using the Publication Assistant.
You can also add quotations and thoughts to your document with just a click.
On the Citation menu, click Publication Assistant to open the Publication Assistant.
Click Float on the Publication Assistant's toolbar.
The Publication Assistant now floats over your word processor and other Citavi windows are hidden.
By default, the references are sorted alphabetically.
To change the setting, click the View menu. For example, you may want to sort By categories.
To save space on small screens, click Mini to make the Publication Assistant smaller.
Double-click a reference to insert it. If you have not yet chosen a default word processor, you can do so now.
Click Insert in Word (or Writer) > Settings > General > Publication Assistant to set a reference
to be inserted in the text or in a footnote when you double-click.
